Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Pakistan. To provide reliable and cost-effective international delivery, orders are collected and sent once a week as a consolidated shipment to our UK fulfilment centre.

Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you may receive your tracking number and initially see a status such as “Label Created.” This means your order has left our overseas warehouse as part of our consolidated shipment and is on its way to our UK fulfilment centre.

Please don’t be concerned if the tracking remains at “Label Created” for approximately 7–10 days. During this stage, the parcel is travelling within our consolidated international shipment and therefore may not receive individual courier scans.

Once the shipment reaches our UK fulfilment centre, your individual parcel is handed over to the selected courier. Your tracking will then become active and begin showing regular updates as your parcel travels to your delivery address.

Standard Shipping: Please allow approximately 4–5 weeks for delivery from the date of your order. This includes processing, consolidated international transport to our UK fulfilment centre, and final delivery by a tracked courier.

Express Shipping: Express shipping provides a faster courier service for the final stage of delivery after your order reaches our UK fulfilment centre. Your order still travels to the UK as part of our weekly consolidated shipment. Express therefore refers to the final courier service rather than the entire journey from our overseas warehouse.

Please note: All delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, public holidays, courier delays and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
