Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Sizing & Colour

Please check the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography and lighting.

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or product, please contact us as soon as possible. Where a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during a promotion or with an automatic discount are subject to the same return conditions above, except where an item is specifically marked Final Sale and applicable consumer law permits us to exclude returns.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Where possible, we will assist with an exchange subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable re-shipping costs for exchanges requested because of size, colour or preference.

International Returns

As we ship internationally, return shipping can be expensive. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

We are not responsible for parcels returned to an incorrect address without prior authorisation.
