After placing order, Production time takes between 7-10 working days. In case if Production takes longer, customer will be informed via Message. As we ship the items from overseas, custom duties upon arrival on destination country are to be expected. It is to be stated clearly that the buyer has to pay custom charges if applied. If the customer refuses to pay taxes and sends the parcel back, then both shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

For bulk orders, In order to avoid custom taxes we offer a shipping option where our European customers do not have to pay any customs . However this shipping option takes 3-4 weeks delivery time ( production time will be separately) . Usually all our bulk orders are sent via this channel so that our customers receive parcel with all duties paid . Smaller orders which include 3-4 items are sent via DHL express which delivers within 3-4 working days . Slow shipping option can be availed upon request for smaller orders.

USA customers do not have to pay tax if there order amount is below 1000 USD. For USA customers, we offer 20 EURO shipping for first Item and 5 Euro for each additional item for delivery with DHL express which delivers within 3-4 working days. However, upon making the Airway bill some US addresses show higher shipping rates as usual as they come in remote area zones. Therefore we have to request our customers to pay those charges which are around 20-25 USD . Please note that these charges are not foreseen and are only calculated on creating the airway bill for the courier. Slow Shipping options are also available which take around 2-3 weeks delivery time. No additional shipping charges are to be paid for this service. This option can be availed if customer refuses for paying any extra charges and no express delivery is required.

Please note that all our Cholies, belts, tops, hipscarves and DIY products IF PURCHASED SINGLE ITEM, they will be sent via Slow Shipping which will take around 3-4 weeks to arrive. If purchased in combination with a skirt, then it will shipped via DHL express Shipping.
